An anchoring device (12) for a rail clip (7-9) has a portion (13) formed with a passageway (11), into which is driven a straight leg (7) of the clip, the leg pressing upwardly on the roof of the passageway (11). A portion (14) projects in one direction from one side of the portion (13) and a part (9) of the clip bears downwardly on it. A portion (15X) projects in the opposite direction from the opposite side of the portion 13 and it is part of a securing region (15) which is wider at the bottom than at the top and lies in the opening (4) and is passed upwardly against surfaces (5) of the base plate defining the opening (4). The part (8) of the clip bears downwardly on the upper surface of the rail flange (20B).

The lining 1 has a rectangular shape with two vertical flanges 2 across, between which there is a flat surface 3 with a slope of approximately 1:40, provided that the lower flat surface of the plate is horizontal. In each flange, there is a hole 4, which extends over the entire height and divides it into two parts with spaced ends. At the top of the flange 2, the hole 4 has a constant width parallel to the length of the flange, and then the width of the hole smoothly and gradually increases, and under part of a constant width, the hole is 4-limited by curvilinear surfaces 5. The rail bays are fixed on the surface 3 between the flanges 2, and the lining itself is fastened to the wooden railway sleeper with corresponding fastening devices passing through the holes 6. A straight leg 8 of the terminal is inserted into a straight horizontal hole 12 in the anchor 13. The hole 12 is open at both ends, although it can be closed — from one end and closed from the top. The width of the section 15 in the direction parallel to the opening 12 is initially constant, and then gradually increases downward and repeats the shape of the opening in the flange, i.e. has an L-shape. The lowest point of the anchor is lowered below the bottom of the hole 12 by an amount less than twice the maximum width of the hole 12.
The anchor is placed in such a way that the third section 16 is installed in the hole 4 of one of the flanges 2 of the lining, and when the right leg 8 of the terminal 7 is inserted into the hole 12, an upward force is applied to its arch, under which the upper surfaces of the shelves of the section 16 pressed against the flange surfaces 5, whereby the anchor is fixed in a predetermined position. On the underside of the terminal portion 10, there is a stop 17, which faces downward and serves to interact with the stop 18, which is made on the upper surface of the second portion 15 of the anchor. When the leg 8 of the terminal 7 is inserted into the hole 12 in the anchor, the section 10 slides along the stop 18 until the stop 17 reaches behind it, after which the section 10 sinks slightly, thereby preventing the terminal 8 from moving out of the hole 12 as a result of vibration.

1. A rail fastener comprising a liner for mounting a railroad rail, an anchor having a first section, made with a horizontal hole parallel to the rail, a second and a third section protruding to the side of the first section, and a terminal for fastening a rail threaded from a metal bar and having my leg for installation in said hole and areas for interaction with the upper surfaces of the rail bottom and the second portion of the anchor, respectively, the third portion of the anchor being the high stupid, smoothly widen- 14
